A 30 minute Clean Eating Club where members can discuss recipes, planning and preparation tips. They can get motivated and have the time to talk to others on the same journey. Currently running at Browns Plains

Classic Yoga is a practice designed to purify the body and reach a state of spiritual tranquility. Using a series of postures and breathing exercises designed to achieve control of the body and mind.

GoXcite Family Fit

Family fit classes are 45min classes suited for kids. They can be Yoga, Dance or Cardio based workouts. Members can bring their children for free, $5 per child for non-members. Members and parents are also able to enjoy this class.

GoXcite Fatburner

A low impact, easy to follow cardio vascular class that enables you to keep your heart rate in the fatburning zone for the entire length of the class. Great place for beginners, and those who prefer less impact, but want the benefits of an intense workout.

GoXcite Flex

A 30 minute class designed to create mobility, improve flexibility and range of movement utilising a number of stretch techniques. Stretching decreases injury risk, and improves joint stability and longevity. The benefits from this class will amplify the results from all other forms of activity.

Cardio based leg workout on and off the bike in this cycle specific training regime. Great for leg strength, shaping and weight loss.

GoXcite Hip Hop Drop

A Hip Hop inspired dance class covering street styles such as popping, locking, gliding, krumping, street jazz, traces of breakin, lyrical hip hop and super girly, sexy hip hop!

GoXcite Kids Fit

Kids fit classes are 45min circuit style classes for kids. Members can bring their children for free, $5 per child for non-members. Recommended for Primary School aged children.

GoXcite Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a practice where emphasis is placed on the journey as much as perfect alignment. Where the breath is connected to the physical poses which flow together in a union of mind, body and soul.

GoXcite Sharifit Warrior

Warrior is a strength and conditioning program which combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing and medicine ball training. Is suitable for all fitness levels.


Grit Plyo is an intense plyometric-based workout that gets results fast! Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, this 30 minute high intensity interval training workout will build a powerful, agile and athletic body.

Small Group Training Warrior

Warrior is a 30 minute high intensity training class incorporating strength and cardio conditioning exercises. Class numbers are limited. Is suitable for all fitness levels.

SPZ Training

A sports performance based workout that focuses in the elements of speed, power and agility. SPZ Training works in short bursts of speed, and/or power, elements of fitness that are essential for any athlete. Sessions are run in the Sports Performance Zone.
