About this role

Go Health Clubs' Sales Managers are go getters for the fitness industry and our business.  As a Sales Manager you will need to develop and grow your team of Fitness Consultants, identifying new potential and implementing succession planning.  The Sales Manager is key to managing our Members' service expectations throughout the sales process, coaching and encouraging the the sales team to make  connections while leading by example. Striving for overperformance, the Sales Manager builds the clubs image and brand within the local marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate the sales team to achieve monthly club budget, optimising business opportunites 
  • Drive for results and compliance, helping others to achieve goals through the implementation of the sales system
  • Persue self development and growth seeking to expand your knowledge of the business
  • Recruit and retain Fitness Consultants providing on-the-job training and mentoring to your sales team
  • Be a leader within the business, passionate about fitness, conscientious, tenancious and results orientated
 

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a sales team prefabley in the Fitness Industry
  • At least 2 years proven sales experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Performance management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business outcomes
  • Experience with goal setting
  

Earnings:  Salary + Commissions & Bonuses
$60K - $70K OTE
