From time to time we lose focus on our original goals. Our aim is to help keep you focused on achieving your goals. If you find yourself lacking in motivation, please contact the customer service manager at your club to request a ‘re-ignition meeting’ to get you back on track by setting up a plan that will fit into your lifestyle and timetable.
Some ways to 're-ignite' your membership could include:
1. Goal-setting/motivation/general training advice
2. Being shown how to use the equipment more effectively
3. Undertaking a complimentary Personal Training session
4. Have someone introduce me to our great group exercise program
5. Undertake some complimentary Team Training sesions
6. Healthy eating/diet for weight loss advice
7. A 21 Day Free Friend Pass to assist you in getting re-motivated
