Our November promotion is all about making it easier for you to join up with us. So we thought to ourselves what can we do? Well we came up with FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS, you can bring a friend in for free for 21 days, no strings attached, just coming and work out with your galfriend, mate or anyone you know!!
Please read through and be aware of the following terms and conditions concerning this offer before completing the refund request form:
All members who sign up are entitled to bring a friend free for their first 21 days from signing up with the club. The free 21 days are consecutive and start from the member's start-up date.
- Refund request forms are only available at reception and will only be handed to members once they have passed 84 days from sign up.
- Refund of member's start-up admin fee is only applicable to new members.
- Members will need to attend the club 21 times in their first 84 days for the member to be eligible to receive a refund.
- This refund is only available for new members to the club who sign up on a 12 or 18 month Direct Debit
- Membership or a 12 month Paid in Advance membership. The membership must commence between 01 November and 30 November 2011.
- The cross-referencing of attendance at the gym of 21 times in 84 days is completed through our front desk checking in system. Members are to ensure they have a working key tag and swipe the barcode upon entry to track attendances. No argument regarding the recording of attendance will be entered into.
- Your membership needs to be up to date in payments with no arrears on the account and the relevant start-up costs need to be paid before they are eligible to be refunded.
- Start-up costs are limited to the admin fee, joining fee and Personal Training packs (accelerator/triple packs only).
- Refund on SPARK Start-up Pack or Accelerator Pack are only up to the Value of $59.00.
- Go Health Clubs need to receive the refund request form by 30 January 2012 to be eligible for refund.
If you are not eligible for the refund due to any of the above stipulations, you will be contacted by email or phone.
- Refunds can only be made into a bank account and not a credit card, even if the members makes payments by CC. Refunds will be made within 7 to 14 days of a successful submission of the refund request form. Failure to provide us with banking details when requested will result in a delay or nil payment of the refund.
- If the member has not received a refund within this time frame, they are to contact reception and produce their acknowledgement form and copy Tracking Card for resubmission.
