Yoga has commenced at Go Health Clubs Virginia and will be conducted on Tuesday nights at 7pm. Classes will be conducted by well known local instructor, Kylie Ramsden. Yoga classes are NOW FREE with adult membership ($15 casual).

 GO Cycle is a studio cycle class that provides fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in lower body strength, burning up to 800 calories in one 45-minute session. You have fun and reduce body fat in this "rock concert on wheels".
