Fitness Consultants (Full-time)
| Our full-time Fitness Consultants are rewarded with one of the most rewarding bonus structures for sales in the industry. In addition to a base salary, commission and bonus structure, our Go Results packages also makes for high yielding sales!
As part of the induction and ongoing on-the-job training, you will learn key sales skills that are invaluable in any future career. Opportunites exist for eligible employees to enrol in a certificate 3 in Fitness – the first step towards Personal Training or Group Fitness Instruction. As well as the option of undertaking a ‘Certificate 4 in Fitness’ at a discounted cost.

Go Health Clubs considers its reception personnel to be Very Important People (VIPs). They are our face. They are the first thing our members see as they enter the club and the last. Our reception personnel help to provide for our future through the image they portray, their behaviours and attitude towards our members and our business.
As a Receptionist at Go Health Clubs, you would control:
- First Impressions
- Communications
- The Gateway between our business and the world outside
- Sale enquiries

- Deliveries.
Two to three years experience in either reception, administration or retail, or a combination of the three is preferred. The ability to listen, motivate, communicate clearly and multi-task are key attributes for this role.

Creche Assistant (Casual)
Our Members' Children are important to us. Their experience while in our care is just as important as our Members enjoyment of our club. Our Creche's are colourful and cosy. They aim to provide our Members' children with entertaining and friendly place for temporary care. A place the children will enjoy coming back too.
As a creche assistant you will be required to assist the creche coordinator to provide a quality short stay child minding service that motivates our Members to continue using our services.

Group Fitness Instructors (Casual)

Group Fitness is a key element of Go Health Clubs market positioning and a strong group fitness program is integral to providing our members with a challenging but entertaining fitness choice. Go Health Clubs understands that aside from a versatile program, our motivating and qualified instructors are key to its success. Our Group Fitness Instructors seek to develop a reputation as a reliable, motivating and rewarding instructor. To be successful in this role, you must be suitabley qualified in your area of expertise with at least certificate three in fitness. Our group fitness programme includes:

Personal Instructors (Subcontract)
Be your own Boss with Go Health Clubs' industry first personal training system called Go Results. GO Results incorporates industry leading fitness software, motivational training techniques, dietary advice, outdoor personal training & lifestyle packages. Great systems and great marketing means there is ample opportunity for personal trainers to earn a fantastic living within Go Health Clubs! Our GO Results Fitness Directors and Trainers are First Class, proven performers with outstanding knowledge and industry experience. We are seeking our next PT Top Guns to join our specialised team of fitness trainers and motivators. If you are new to personal training - you will need a good knowledge of the fitness industry, a passion to succeed and the ability to learn fast.
Becoming a GO Results trainer includes in-club marketing, pre-sold PT packs and regular training. The GO Results sub-brand revolves around GO Results lifestyle packages (such as the popular ’12 Week Body Overhaul’) and H.A.L.I (which is a unique PT software program). The right candidate will have the skills and motivation to establish and run group training such as boot camps. The ability to retain clients and have high client satisfaction is prerequisite for our trainers.

Web & Multimedia Wiz Kid (Undergraduate Position)

Go Health Clubs enjoys providing fitness for everyone. We are seeking a self confessed “Wiz Kid” to help us design and implement the next stage of our website development and marketing initiatives. Under direction you will be required to plan, design, develop and implement a user interactive web presence that is innovative and appeals to a wide variety of backgrounds and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will be a 2nd or 3rd year student who is specialising in Web Technologies with an average GPA of 5 or higher. You will also have:
- a good understanding and experience with customising Content Management Systems
- the ability to design a user friendly and secure experience
- knowledge of HTML, PHP and SQL
-
ability to provide back-end programming and integration.
Creative flair is desirable, especially the ability to express it using Illustrator and other Adobe products. Experience with Flash and Video technology is desirable but not as essential as the thirst to learn and master new technologies.
The hours will be between 16 - 24 hours per week and will be based from our Browns Plains club.
