Paid for a joining fee, admin fee or a Personal Training pack? Then, its time to reward yourself!

Please read through and be aware of the following terms and conditions concerning this offer before entering the competition and completing the refund request form:
 

  • Members need to return their Summer 6 Pack Challenge Tracking Card to reception staff, fully completed. In return for the submission, reception staff will make a copy of the Tracking Card and return the copy together with an acknowledgement of receipt to the member for their records.
  • The member is responsible for their own Tracking Card. If their Tracking Card is lost or misplaced, the member is to speak with their Fitness Consultant to obtain a new Tracking Card. If a lost or misplaced card is then found, points are non-transferrable between Tracking Cards.
  • Only one Tracking Card may be submitted per member.
  • Refund request forms are only available at reception and will only be handed to members once they submit their tracking card for verification.
  • A Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor or Reception staff must initial the box(s) applicable to be awarded the points for that particular section. It is the members' responsibility to have the Tracking Card signed after a class or session. No argument will be entered into for failure of the member to obtain a signature after completing a session/class. No signature, no points awarded.
  • This refund is only available for new members to the club who sign up on a 12 or 18 month Direct Debit Membership or a 12 month Paid in Advance membership. The membership must commence between 01 September and 30 September 2011.
  • Existing members of GO Health Clubs are able to take part in the challenge and receive marketing, programming and promotional material. However, existing members will not be eligible for any financial benefit or refund associated with the competition.
  • The 42 day period for the challenge will commence on the start date of the membership. 
  • The cross-referencing of attendance at the gym of 7 times in 21 days is completed through our front desk checking in system.
  • Members are to ensure they have a working key tag and swipe the barcode upon entry to track attendances. No argument regarding the recording of attendance will be entered into.
  • Your membership needs to be up to date in payments with no arrears on the account and the relevant start-up costs need to be paid before they are eligible to be refunded.
  • Start-up costs are limited to the admin fee, joining fee and Personal Training packs (accelerator/triple packs only).
  • GO Health Clubs need to receive the refund request form by 30 November 2011 to be eligible for refund.
  • If you are not eligible for the refund due to any of the above stipulations, you will be contacted by email or phone.
  • Refunds can only be made into a bank account and not a credit card, even if the members makes payments by CC. Refunds ill be made within 7 to 14 days of a successful submission of the refund request form. Failure to provide us with banking details when requested will result in a delay or nil payment of the refund.
  • If the member has not received a refund within this time frame, they are to contact reception and produce their acknowledgement form and copy Tracking Card for resubmission.
  • Go Health Clubs will not be held liable for any lost or misplaced Tracking Cards.
